Processing Time

Each order is carefully made and packaged by hand with love. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order before it’s shipped out. Custom or Large Orders may take a bit longer (7-30 days) to prepare, but we’ll keep you updated! If you have any questions about your custom order, please email us

Shipping Time

We offer both domestic and international shipping! Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location:

France: 3-7 business days

Europe: 7-14 business days

USA & International: 14-21 business days

Once your order is on its way, you will typically receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, starting at €3.

Free Shipping on all orders over €35 within France, and over €50 worldwide.

International Shipping: Prices vary depending on the destination. (Additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.)

Packaging

All prints and stickers are packed with care in eco-friendly materials. Art prints are typically shipped flat or in tubes (for larger prints), while stickers are sent in secure mailers.

Return Policy

As a small business specializing in print-on-demand and handmade items, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, such as shipping damage, incorrect items, or defects, please reach out to us via contact form within 15 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

In these cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund. Be sure to provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect items to help us address your concerns quickly.
